The hives that the honey is made in are specially placed on plastic crates so that they do not touch the ground and when the honey is collected it is carefully wrapped in plastic and transported in a truck that is fully sealed. All honey when processed goes through filters to make sure there are no bits of bees wax, propolis or anything else, with the specialised medical honey it is processed through an extra fine filter with special air flow so that it is the purest it can be. The special process is to keep it fully sterile and at a pharmaceutical grade standard so that it can be a registered medical product.
