Directions:
Massage onto aching, tired, sore, and stressed muscles to soothe & relax. 125mg of magnesium per 5ml (approximately 1 teaspoon) application. ½ teaspoon for children over 6 years old. ¼ teaspoon size for children between 2-6 years old.
