Working directly on the affected area, Maxiclear Nasal Spray helps to open up and clear nasal passages, reducing congestion and swelling in the nose and helping the sinuses.

Active Ingredients: Each spray contains: Xylometazoline hydrochloride
Warnings:
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
- Do not use for more than three days at a time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist. In congestion persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist
- Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
Directions
- Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 spray into each nostril every 8-10 hours, as required.
- Blow the nose and remove the protective cap before use. If you are using the bottle for the first time, you should first press the pump 5 times until an even spray is released. The next time you use the bottle this will no longer be necessary. If you have not used the bottle for 7 days (after first use), press the pump1 time to prepare the bottle for use again. Make sure not to spray into the eyes or mouth.
- Keep the bottle upright between thumb and fingers.
- Keep the nozzle upright properly, tilt the head forward slightly and place the nozzle in a nostril.
- Spray once in each nostril. Breathe in through your nose whilst pressing down the pump. Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the dust cap.
Discard one month after opening.
