200g/ 50 (4g) Doses
A 4g dose of Vanilla No.2 delivers 3.5g of Psyllium Husk Powder.
Directions:
Adults: 1-3 teaspoons daily
Children: half a teaspoon 1-3 times daily
Children under 6: consult a Doctor
