Directions: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

• Cimi-Max®(150 mg), standardised Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh)extract equivalent to - 975 mg
• Calcium (from calcium carbonate) - 200 mg
• Magnesium (from magnesium oxide) - 140 mg
• Vitamin D3 - 12.5 mcg (500 IU)
• Vitamin K2 - 30 mcg
• Also contains encapsulating aids

Warning:

• In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and consult your doctor immediately.
• Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
